I’m Leah and I’m a Psychodynamic Counsellor with a particular interest in trauma-informed and Neurodivergent-affirming practice.

I promise you that there’s no such thing as a problem too small to bother with counselling.

Finding a counsellor can feel daunting or overwhelming so if you’d like to reach out we can have an informal chat and see how things feel. I offer a free 20 minute phone call and if it feels more comfortable to email me first, please do so.

Some of the things I can support you with include:

  • Abuse

  • Anxiety

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Chronic illness

  • Complex emotional and psychological difficulties

  • Depression

  • Disordered eating

  • Emotional dysregulation

  • Family conflicts

  • Gender identity

  • Neurodivergence

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Panic attacks

Counselling with me

A woman with long dark hair smiling and leaning her head against a white horse in a field of daisies at sunset.
A lush garden with a pond, surrounded by vibrant pink and green flowering plants, trees, and foliage.

The peaceful grounds at my Hursley counselling room

As part of my commitment to ongoing professional development, I am currently enrolled on a UKCP-accredited psychotherapy programme. Alongside my private practice, I work within other counselling settings and mentor counselling students during their training.

If your care already involves Psychiatrists, GPs and/or Community Mental Health Teams, I am happy to work collaboratively, with your consent.
