I promise you that there’s no such thing as a problem too small to bother with counselling.

As part of my commitment to ongoing professional development, I am currently enrolled on a UKCP-accredited psychotherapy programme. Alongside my private practice, I volunteer as a counsellor for a charitable organisation and also work within another counselling service. I also mentor counselling students during their training, supporting them as they develop their confidence and professional identity. These roles allow me to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences while continuing to develop my own practice.

If your care already involves Psychiatrists, GP’s and/or Community Mental Health Teams, I am happy to work collaboratively, with your consent.
